Tomintoul Seiridh Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a beautifully balanced Speyside single malt that takes Tomintoul’s gentle, easy-going house style and adds a richer, more indulgent sherried dimension. Matured first in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, it’s then finished in specially selected Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez, Andalusia, bringing warming sweetness, depth, and classic dried-fruit character.

Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of sultana, butterscotch, and candied pecans.
Palate: Sweet and luscious with layers of dried figs and Christmas cake, highlighted with touches of cedar spice.
Finish: Warm, nutty, and long with notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits, and hints of liquorice fading into a gentle woody linger.
