Talisker 1987 Distillers Edition  - This exceptionally rare malt from the Isle of Skye legend, Talisker, was distilled in 1987 and bottled specially for The Distillers Edition series in 2000. Bottles from this series are double matured, a process where the whisky gets a second maturation period in casks that have previously held fortified wine. This particular release is scarcely seen on the open market, making it a bit of a collectors piece.

This bottle is even rarer due to the fact it’s a 1 litre bottling.
