Tasting Notes:
Smoldering peat smoke is mellowed by sweet vanilla oak and blosom honey with raspberry coulis easing through. Freshly squeezed lime juice gives a citrus edge before cracked pepper and tart red fruit of redcurrent and cranberry. The finish is long with soft medicinal peat and a dry saltiness.
